Do you think Russia and China might coordinate their agressions simultaneously towards Ukraine and Taiwan to prevent any significant pushback from the US ?

I'm in that small camp of folks who think China and Russia aren't on the same page anywhere near as much as people make them out to be. But, one would be foolish to think neither one is trying to exploit the actions of the other.
Russia attacking Ukraine would severely damage U.S. credibility and China taking Taiwan or attempting to do so without drawing a U.S. military response would end the U.S. as a superpower. You don't recover from something like that.
